What is the most poop ever removed from a person?

In what may be the largest removal of feces ever recorded, doctors removed 28 pounds of poop from a 22-year-old male patient.

The man reportedly looked pregnant due to the severe bloating.  He reported constipation for years.

It is believed that the man had Hirschsprung’s Disease,  a congenital condition (birth defect) that affects the nerves to the intestine in 1 out of every 5000 people.

Surgeon’s removed the man’s bowel in a three hour surgery.
