Cigar:  100-200 mg per cigar

Smokeless tobacco (chew or snuff):   4-16 mg per use

Electronic cigarette (e cigarette vaping):  9-16 mg per 1 ml dose  (this varies widely)

Hookah:  12.5 mg per bowl

Products used to treat nicotine addiction:

Nicotine Patch :  15-21 mg/24 hour patch

Nicotine gum:  2 mg per piece
